Content: 1. Pursuant to Paragraph 2 of Article 2 and Article 3 of the
   Standards and Categories on the Port Dues for Using the
   Basic Facilities of Fishing Ports (thereafter referred as
   the Standards), the categories and rates of port dues for
   using the basic facilities of fishing ports (thereafter
   referred as fishing ports administrative fees) are set for
   Ba-Dou-Zih Fishing Port, Jheng-Bin Fishing Port, An-Ping
   Fishing Port, Cian-Jhen Fishing Port, Wu-Shíh Fishing Port,
   Nan-Fang-Ao Fishing Port, Sin-Jhu Fishing Port, Wu-Ci
   Fishing Port and Donggang-Yianpu Fishing Port, governed by
   this Council as follows
  (1) ecreational vessels: NT$ 20 per vessel tonnage per day
  (2) Government vessels: free of charge
  (3) Ferries, work boats or other type of vessels:
    A. Ferries: NT$ 4 per vessel tonnage per day.
    B. Work boats: NT$ 12 per vessel tonnage per day. For
       those providing tugboat services for fishing vessels,
       daily rate to be reduced by half.
    C. Other type of vessels (including foreign flag fishing
       vessels): NT$ 4 per vessel tonnage per day.
  (4) Special docks for the purposes of such business operations
      as bunkering, water supply, ice supply or repair:
    A. Berths with depth at low tide up to 3 meters (including
       3 meters): NT$ 500 per meter per month.
    B. Berths with depth at low tide from 3 meters to 5 meters
        (including 5 meters): NT$ 1,000 per meter per month.
    C. Berths with depth at low tide more than 5 meters: NT$
       1,500 per meter per month.


2. Port dues for using the basic facilities of fishing ports shall
   be collected by the municipality or county or city government 
   so commissioned in charge of the fishing port.
